Tartan over tartan

Seguro que algunas diréis que en qué estaría pensando cuando se me ocurrió combinar tartán con tartán (o cuadros con cuadros)... pues la noche que se me ocurrió, y de esto ya hace un par de semanas, estaba bastante animada y tenía ganas de guerra, y la verdad es que estoy encantada con el resultado. A veces hay que arriesgar y hacer de la vida algo divertido y eso es lo que hice. Sí que tengo que confesar que cuando veo a hombres que me combinan pantalones y camisas de cuadros me suele parecer un fracaso total, pero en mi caso he combinado dos prendas que tienen colores en común. 

¡Yo no sé! jajaja, ¿qué pensáis vosotras al respecto? (:
Por cierto, quedaros con la pulsera que llevo porque en los próximos días voy a sortear una igual en el blog. Es de una página que se llama Simplechic. Me encanta porque es súper cuca y puedes elegir el mensaje que quieres poner de todos los que hay, así que id eligiendo uno ;)

I'm sure most of you will ask yourself how I came up to do a tartan over tartan combination... well, the night this idea came to my mind I was quite cheerful and the truth is that I love the result. Sometimes you have to risk and have fun and that's what I did. I have to confess that I used to terrify when I see men combining plaid pants with plaid shirts, but in my case, I've combined two pieces which have a colour in common.

I don't know! hahah, what do you guys think about it? (:

Print combination

¡Buenos días por la mañana! Sé que se nota que me estoy volviendo una fan incondicional del estampado tartán, pero es que no lo puedo evitar. Cuando me llegó esta camisa de Nowistyle, percisamente llevaba estos pantalones y simplemente vi que hacían un combo genial. Como véis, a veces combinar dos estampados distintos no resulta un horror, ¡hay que probar! Saqué este bolso que tenía olvidado en el armario y me encanta cómo ha quedado con el look. Calzado cómodo y lista para patearme la calle jiji.

Good morning babes! I know you can see that I'm getting obsessed with the tartan print, but I can't help it! The day I recieved this Nowistyle blouse I was wearing the same pants and I just realized the perfect combo they do together. As you can see, sometimes combining different prints is a success, you only have to try it! I took this forgotten bag from my wardrobe and I love how it looks together with the outfit. MY ZARA WISHLIST FW 2013/2014

 

¡Buenos días! Hoy se me ha antojado hacer una wishlist de Zara. No paro de ver cuadros por todas partes, y aunque odio el frío... estoy deseando ponerme cosas de la nueva temporada. Está clarísimo que se va a llevar mucho el punk-grunge, así que estoy encantada porque se ajusta a la perfección con mis gustos.

¿Qué os parece mi selección? ¿Os mola el rollo u os decantaréis más por el estampado de flores?

The punk-grunge style is going to be present for sure and I am so happy about it, because it fits perfectly with my style.

Debo decir que me encantó el resultado de este look, el abrigo de cuadros le da un toque muy british y me encanta la combinación del gorrito con los pantalones. Además, le he dado un retoque diferente a las fotos, me apetecía hacer algo distinto! He de deciros que durante las próximas semanas estaré casi casi off del blog, ya que estoy a tope de exámenes y trabajos y se me va a hacer imposible ir a hacer fotos. Pero volveré con mucha energía, ¡os lo aseguro!

First of all, I have to say that I love this look. I think this coat is so british and I like the combination of the beanie with the burgundy pants. Moreover, I decide to edit the pictures with a different filtre, I wanted to make something different! Rock chic outfit + video

Hi beauties! El outfit que os enseño hoy viene acompañado de video. Ya tenía ganas de hacer alguno para que pudiérais ver los detalles de forma más cercana y no sé, para que me vieras en movimiento! Me encanta cómo ha quedado. La canción es de mi grupo favorito, MUSE, si no lo conocéis os invito a hacerlo, aunque he de decir que tienen una música muy especial! Y esta canción en concerto es de mis favoritas.

En cuanto al look sabéis que me chifla el color burdeos y con el gorrito, las medias de rejilla del mismo color y mi chupa favorita, no podría ser más perfecto.

Burgundy touch

 

No puedo creer que haya empezado el frío con tantas ganas, ¡es insoportable! Por suerte tengo varios outfits ya preparados para enseñaros porque es imposible salir a la calle y hacer fotos. 

Tenía muchas ganas de enseñaros este en concreto. Se combinan muchos colores diferentes y creo que eso es lo que lo hace especial. Adoro estos leggings porque en las fotos parecen tejanos de verdad. Quise combinarlos con este jersey azul cielo y mi camisa denim debajo. El gorrito burdeos y mis zapatos nuevos le dan el toque final al look, desenfadado y casual pero con estilo. ¿Os gusta?

I can't believe winter is here, I can't stand this cold outside! Lucky me, because I have already prepared some outfits to show you... because it's impossible to take pictures on the street right now.

I wanted so badly to show you today's look. J'adore this leggings, they really look like jeans. I combined this blue sky sweater with my denim shirt. The burgundy hat and my new shoes give the final touch to the look, definitely casual but stytlish. Do you like it?

Burgundy everywhere

 ¡Buenos días chicos! El look de hoy reúne diversas tendencias a la vez: color burdeos, tachuelas y colores metálicos. El color burdeos es algo que me puede, queda genial con cualquier color y en mi opinión, sienta bien a casi todo el mundo. El jersey es de la nueva marca Teenagers, de la que ya os hablé la semana pasada en este post. Me encanta el detalle de las calaveras en el hombro, además el tejido es súper suave y cómodo. El clutch es de la misma tienda y me enamoré nada más verlo, súper rockero y muy acorde con mi estilo. Los pantalones plateados son del año pasado de Zara... adoro las prendas metálicas aunque sólo tengo estos pantalones! Y lo demás ya lo conocéis. Al crear el outfit dudé en si debía combinar tachuelas plateadas (botas) y pantalón plateado, y doradas (clutch). Pero al final decidí hacer lo que me daba la gana jaja, además el jersey también tiene detalles dorados.

Good morning you guys! Today's look it's about trends: burgundy colour, studs and metallic colours. I love burgundy colour and I think it combines with everything ans also, it looks amazing in almost every person. This sweater is from the new bran Teenagers which I talked you about last week in this post. I love the skulls on the shoulders and also, the fabric is so soft and comfortable. The clutch is also from the same shop and I fell in love with it at first sight, very rocker and perfect for my style. The Zara silver pants are from last year... J'adore metallic clothes although I only have this one! You already know the rest of the outfit. When I was "creating" it I doubted if I should combine silver studs (boots) and silver pants with golden studs (clutch). But finally I decided to do whatever I wanted haha, and also, the sweater has golden details too.
